Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
To ensure fast delivery times, all orders enter our automated processing system immediately after checkout. Because of this, all sales are final and orders cannot be canceled, modified, or updated once submitted. Please review your order details and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes! As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing your receipt and order details. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and select international destinations.
How long will it take to receive my package?
Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Standard Shipping Time: 8 to 15 business days depending on your location.
How can I track my package?
Once your package dispatches, you will receive an email containing a carrier tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Tracking Order page. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for carrier tracking updates to reflect on the system.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 USD.
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Babies grow fast! We recommend reviewing the exact measurements on the Size Chart located on each product page. If your baby is between sizes or on the higher weight threshold, we always suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit and longer wear.
What materials do you use?
We prioritize soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic fabrics (such as organic cotton blends, ribbed cotton, and bamboo viscose) designed to be gentle on sensitive newborn skin. Washing instructions and care guides are listed on every product page.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact within 30 days of parcel delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage with tracking. Please contact us prior to sending any item back.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We stand by our quality! If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at chason408@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include: Your Order Number, and clear photos or videos showing the defect alongside the original shipping package label.
Do you cover return shipping costs for size exchanges?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges, as well as postage fees for re-sending the new size. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering to avoid fit issues!

Size 80 will fit snugly; the baby is 72 cm tall, and with a layer underneath, it will be suitable for a cool spring/autumn or winter jumpsuit. Not winter, of course.
The quality of the tailoring is good.

I like it! Everything is great!
I wore it on day 56 and it feels a bit big! This is me wearing it with 5kg weight and 58cm height! It's a bit disappointing that it's not a button type that can open the legs.

The fabric looks of excellent quality, very warm and the sizing is correct. It's very nice. I washed it with hot water and it didn't alter anything. I recommend it 100%.

It's cute. It has a lining so you can wear it warmly. However, since it's not quilted, the lining comes off easily making it a bit difficult to wear. Still, it's cute haha.
The size is from 0 to 6 months, it's quite long and wide. I love the body inside; it's made of pleasant and warm fabric, and on the outside it's quite soft with an easy-to-open zipper. I love it; it's just like the photos in the ad and even looks more beautiful at home. Thank you 💯💯😍

Super cute!!!! Soft, affordable, and nice and warm for the winter.
The jumpsuit is very cute, the fabric is perfect, it has lining inside, it shows that it's for a good cold season, the only thing is that it doesn't have a closure at the feet, but otherwise it's very good.
